Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
